“The Big Joe” at The Lemon Tree

Wrexham TV interview new owner Sam Regan who together with his head chef Joe at the Lemon Tree Restaurant in Wrexham has designed a mouthwatering burger. They have produced a burger using Rob Platts, Minera Reared, Lean Steak Mince Pattie with Blue Cheese Fritters, Tomato Concasse & a Whole Grain Mustard Ketchup served in a Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper Bun.
